Nothing could stand in the way of Liz and Garrett. Not even a forecast with a 100 percent chance of rain. Sometimes the chance of rain works out perfect on your wedding day. It creates magical soft light and portraits at the end of the night so you can dance in the rain with your new spouse.

Liz and Garrett took a chance and trusted that there would be a break in the rain so that they could take a post ceremony boat ride. They boarded an antique boat and we got to work capturing some fun and relaxed portraits before the reception. The result was magic and the rain held off until cocktail hour. Their wedding was full of the some of the best dancing and the most energy I have ever seen a bride and groom deliver on the wedding day.
